This application provides a criminal background screening for foreign nationals living outside the USA to complete a real estate transaction. Please read these instructions carefully. This package provides an International Database Search. It does not search arrests, felonies, etc. in a single country or provide a credit report. Please contact sales@applycheck.com if you require a single country international quote. Please complete all of the required fields and upload the required documents. You will be required to make a payment of $24.95 to complete the application. No refunds or returns or exchanges. All sales final. When signing the application, you will see: ID/SSN (last 4) - use the last 4 digits of your passport number Missing Information will cause your application to go to our screening department for review. We will either process the report during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) or contact you for more information. CAUTION: ONLY THE APPLICANT CAN SIGN AND AUTHORIZE THE DISCLOSURES.
